1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between the coldbet platform and its users. By using the coldbetlogin.cam website and all services connected to it, you automatically accept these terms.

This document is written in English and applies to users in Bangladesh. If a translation exists in another language and there is a difference in meaning from the original English text, the English version shall be considered final.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" refers to coldbet's website, mobile app, and all related digital services.
• "User" refers to any person who has created an account or used any part of the platform.
• "Account Balance" refers to the real money held in a user's account, which does not include bonus funds until the wagering requirements have been met.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to funds awarded as a bonus, which can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirements have been met.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on coldbet and take part in any casino or betting activity, the user must be 21 years of age or older (21+). At the time of account registration, or at any stage thereafter, coldbet may request a government-issued ID or other documents for age verification.

If it is established that a user has used an account while underage, that account will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same name, on the same device, or using the same payment method is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be closed and any bonuses collected will be cancelled.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided when creating an account — name, mobile number, date of birth, and payment details — must be accurate and truthful. coldbet reserves the right to suspend or cancel an account if false or incorrect information is provided.

3. Account Management

3.1 Login Security

It is your responsibility to keep your coldbet account username and password completely confidential. Login details must not be shared with any third party. If someone accesses your account without permission, you must notify the support team immediately.

3.2 Account Verification

Before withdrawing a balance, or for transactions above a certain amount, coldbet may initiate a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. This process may require a copy of a national ID or passport and proof of ownership of the payment method.

3.3 Account Suspension or Closure

If a user violates these terms and conditions, engages in fraudulent activity, or attempts to harm the platform, their account may be suspended or permanently closed without prior notice. Users may also request to close their account at any time by contacting support.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on coldbet is ৳200 (per method). All deposits must be made using approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including major banks such as Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank).

The payment account used must be owned by the person registered on the coldbet account. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.3 Transaction Cancellation

Once a deposit has been completed, it cannot be cancelled. A withdrawal request may be cancelled before processing begins. If a technical error occurs with any transaction, please contact coldbet support.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,200 in bonus funds, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times — meaning a total wagering of ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 must be completed.

5.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• Bonuses may only be used on the games or categories specified in the relevant promotion.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly until the specified wagering requirements have been met.
• The benefit of the same promotion cannot be claimed more than once.
• coldbet reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer.
• Attempting to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means may result in the entire account being cancelled.

5.3 VIP Program

coldbet's VIP program has three levels — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The weekly cashback is a set percentage of the net loss for the week (total losses minus total winnings): up to 0.3% at Bronze, up to 0.7% at Silver, and up to 1.0% at Gold. For example, a Silver member who incurs a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week receives ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 in cashback. Users can move up to higher VIP levels through regular betting activity.

6. Betting and Game Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets are considered final once confirmed. If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical error, the stake for that bet will be returned to the user's account. If a match or event is cancelled, the relevant sports betting rules will apply.

6.2 Casino Games

coldbet offers games from third-party game studios (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, Spribe, etc.). The outcomes of these games are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is independently tested. coldbet does not influence game results.

6.3 Cricket and Sports Betting

Betting is available on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other international cricket tournaments. Betting odds may change in real time. The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds used for the final calculation.

6.4 Result Disputes

If there is a dispute regarding any game or betting result, it must be reported to the support team within 72 hours. coldbet's decision in such matters is considered final.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the coldbet platform:

• Operating an account using another person's identity.
• Manipulative betting strategies intended to meet bonus requirements (bonus abuse).
• Claiming the same promotion from multiple accounts.
• Attempting to hack, crawl, or gain unauthorised access to the platform's software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing or behaving offensively towards other users.
• Exploiting errors or technical vulnerabilities in the platform.

For any of the above violations, coldbet may close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Service Continuity

coldbet works to maintain a high standard of service. However, temporary disruptions may occur due to technical issues, maintenance, or other reasons. coldbet is not liable for any financial loss in such circumstances.

8.2 Third-Party Content

The platform uses content from third-party game providers. coldbet is not fully liable for technical errors in these games, but will assist in resolving issues.

8.3 Liability for Personal Decisions
